Returns Policy

 

 

In most cases, our paintings are shipped to you in a wooden crate and will arrive in perfect condition. 

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you do want to return any artwork, please contact us first to discuss the reasons why. We may be able to rectify the situation. If this cannot be resolve, we are happy for you to return the work 

You may return the artwork  within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You will bear the cost of return, however, we'll bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of  1. wrong item received, 2, damaged painting (tear) resulting from our error.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving it. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

 

Shipping


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of crates and the shipping options available at the time as well as the destinations you choose.

The shipping crates custom built for each painting and this only starts when You place your order. We aim to ship the order within two weeks of your purchase as this give us the time to build the case which ensures that your painting arrives in perfect condition and in the case of print, it give us time to print the work for you.
