I painted this strong bold piece as a social commentary on the cultural and religious oppression of women. You would think that with our level of civilization, it should be fairly obvious how importand a woman is and what she represents in our society. I really like this piece, depicting a woman in all her naked beauty.What she is really saying is this; "Why are you threatened by my being?
